Refund Policy

At Atma Yog Sutra, we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual education and ensuring our students' satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for course refunds and cancellations.

Eligibility for Refunds

 

Short-Term Courses (Duration less than 3 months):

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no more than 10% of course content has been accessed

  • 50% refund available within 14 days of purchase if no more than 25% of course content has been accessed

  • No refunds after 14 days or if more than 25% of course content has been accessed

 

Long-Term Courses (Duration 3 months or more):

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no more than 10% of course content has been accessed

  • 75% refund available within 30 days if no more than 20% of course content has been accessed

  • 50% refund is available within 45 days if no more than 30% of course content has been accessed

  • No refunds after 45 days or if more than 30% of course content has been accessed

 

Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Individual consultation sessions that have been attended

  • Downloaded or accessed digital materials

  • Course materials that have been downloaded

  • Bundle discounts or promotional offers

  • Administrative fees

  • Technical support fees

 

Refund Process To request a refund:

  1. Submit a refund request through your account dashboard

  2. Include your reason for requesting the refund

  3. Provide your order number and course details

  4. Wait for our review (typically 3-5 business days)

  5. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method

 

Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5-10 business days

  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

  • Digital Wallet refunds: 3-5 business days

  • International transfers may take additional time

 

Special Circumstances

 

Medical Emergencies:

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • Supporting documentation from a licensed medical practitioner required

  • An extended refund window may be granted

 

Technical Issues:

  • Full refund available if technical issues prevent course access

  • Issues must be reported to technical support within 48 hours of discovery

  • Our technical team must verify the reported issues

 

Cancellation by Atma Yog Sutra If we cancel a course:

  • A full refund will be provided automatically

  • Additional 10% compensation for any course materials purchased

  • Option to transfer to another course with equivalent value

 

Course Transfer Policy Instead of a refund, you may:

  • Transfer to another course of equal or lesser value

  • Pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-value course

  • Receive credit for future courses

  • Transfer course access to another person (one-time only)

 

Exceptions and Appeals

The following situations may warrant special consideration:

  • Death in immediate family

  • Natural disasters

  • Extended hospitalization

  • Military deployment

 

Appeal Process:

  1. Submit a written appeal within 30 days of refund denial

  2. Provide supporting documentation

  3. Allow 10 business days for review

  4. Decisions will be communicated via email

  5. No-Questions-Asked Period

  • First 24 hours after purchase: full refund available without justification

  • Course content must not have been accessed

  • One-time use per customer

  • This does not apply to special offers or discounted courses

 

Responsibility of the Student Students are responsible for:

  • Reading course descriptions thoroughly before purchase

  • Testing technical compatibility before enrollment

  • Maintaining necessary equipment and internet access

  • Reporting issues promptly

  • Providing accurate information in refund requests

 

Right to Modify - Atma Yog Sutra reserves the right to:

  • Modify this refund policy at any time

  • Make exceptions to this policy at our discretion

  • Request additional information for refund processing

  • Deny refunds that do not meet the stated criteria
